Mandatory Skills:

Position Description:

Responsible for testing lifecycles, which include:

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or appropriate technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be bilingual
  • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Knowledge of enterprise application solution products such as CRM, asset management, inventory, accounting….
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute effective end-to-end product testing, on time.
  • Nice to have accounting training and/or experience
  • Knowledge of petroleum software
  • Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills; including the ability to effectively convey issues and alternatives regardless of the audience level or circumstances, in writing or orally.
  • Adept at extracting information from written materials, and identifying the action to be taken.
  • Effective organizational skills; ability to multi-task; Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to proactively support requests and ensure follow up to completion

Bilingual Training Representative  


Responsibilities:

Working with the Training and Development team, this position is responsible for:

  • The administration of courses
  • Contributing to the updating and development of course materials
  • Establishing and developing consulting relationships with line management.
  • Travel to the US and within Canada will be required.
  • Deliver the training at client sites
  • Manage course scheduling, and issue reporting
  • Assist in the updating of course content
  • Manage training room facilities
  • Respond to business/sales inquiries related to training and development
  • Provide subject matter expertise and assist in the design of other training modules
  • Review and test new releases of software
  • Analyze program evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
  • Assist in the conducting of needs analysis
  • Coordinate the delivery of requested external/external training needs

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • MUST be perfectly Bilingual (French/English)
  • Experience in petroleum software
  • Excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience with oral presentations is an asset
  • Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in business, communication, human resources or related field or equivalent work experience.

Job Description:
As a Software Developer, your role will involve designing and implementing computer information systems.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, analyze, and enhance new software applications. This includes writing, testing, and analyzing applications.
  • Design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the application life cycle, ensuring consistent quality in all software released
  • Contribute to systems architecture analysis, design, and development
  • Provide technical input to risk analysis, change control and for preparation of business cases
  • Report progress status to project manager
  • May ensure third-line customer support resolving complex customer issues
  • Develop and document standards, guidelines and methodology for system development
  • May act as Technical/Team Lead overseeing the work of development team-members


A successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor degree IT or MIS related or equivalent

  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
